whatsapp caller cannot hear me

on whatsapp the caller cannot hear me, while i can hear them
however if i turn to speaker they can suddenly hear me?
so microphone is fine?

when i try make voice recording on "normal mode" i have no sound, but when recording on "interview mode" i have sound
i tried resetting to clean microphones
i tried factory reset
but same problem?

when trying interview mode it seems to use all 3 microphones
and the upper one is working but the 2 down not

so when you use speaker in whatsapp its probably using all 3 microphones, thats why you can hear it then

It sounds like your primary mic (the one at the bottom of the phone) is either faulty or blocked (perhaps by lint). Speakerphone uses the secondary mic (at the top of the phone), so that's probably why it works then. Voice recording in normal mode is likely using the primary mic, while interview mode is the secondary mic.

Inspect your primary mic opening carefully -- if it looks like it's clogged by lint, use a needle and carefully clean it out. If it looks clear and the problem still occurs, the mic might be faulty. Do you have problems with making regular calls as well?
