WhatsApp doesn't notify me the new messages

Hi everyone.
I do have a Huawei P20 lite and recently it started giving me some problems with a few apps like WhatsApp, google calendar and google sheet.
At the moment I'm in Finland but I am keeping my Italian sim card. When I first arrived here my phone was working perfectly but after a couple of weeks it stopped notifying me of new messages and if I try to refresh google calendar and google sheet it advise me of a sync error. When I connect the device to a Wi-Fi network everything work perfectly. anyone has any idea what could be the reason ofd these.

Your Finnish carrier has a problem connecting to Google, perhaps?
