Whatsapp voice call issue on Galaxy S10

When receiving Whatsapp voice call on my new Samsung Galaxy S10, the screen doesn't light up to show who is calling me. I have to press the power button to see who is calling me. I checked phone and app settings but no solution to the problem. Anyone knows how to fix it. Please advice.

Hi. I have the same isse - screen doesnt turn on on whatsapp calls on my S10+.
Another one - cant answer whatsapp call with a button on bluetooth device.
Hope someone find a solution...

Try an app from the Google Play Store called Glimpse Notifications. That might help you.
