When a certain contact is calling, phones vibration is not working?

I have recently changed one of my contacts vibration pattern, on my Galaxy s9+.
After i did this, when ever the contact is calling, the phone doesn't vibrate. I tried changing it back but that did not fix it. Vibrations is turned on, but it doesn't seem to work when this contact is calling.
