When are we going to get them? Samsung pre orders.

Only once, believe it or not.

Mostly because I know Samsung's logistics are awful and I'll have a text from DPD saying they have the parcel before they change the status.

I can't get FedEx Delivery Manager because it keeps telling me that my address is commercial even though it's clearly not.

Ugh. Frustrating.

I think the critical next event is the cancel button disappearing at this point, right?

Also, I recall in past years, either the app or their website wouldn't even update AFTER I've already received the phone! Still says something like on the way!

Terrible they can't even get their website running properly.

I didn't order a s23 last year but did get the 22 ultra on launch 2 yrs ago and every other phone prior to that. It seems that before Samsung wouldn't charge a credit card until just before the label was created. Like a few hours to a day before. My credit card was charged Friday. It was a pending charge until then. I find it odd Samsung would charge a card a full week before actually shipping the device. In the past pending to charge was and induction the label was going to be prepared.

It's so strange. My order says order confirmed and the cancel button is still there and the delivery says 24/1. I don't think the delivery date is correct or something is wrong because there has been no updates. How would they deliver my device in 2 days if it has not even been dispatched.

I contacted samsung and they say it should be dispatched on 24th. So I don't think it will come on the date of the release.

Well now I will go check again since I am on dinner break at work hanging in a back room on a computer while I eat so I could come here :)

Edit: Nothings changed in process order placed Est delivery 1/31 :-(
