Waiting for our phones is worse than when we we were kids waiting for christmas. At least we knew the date when we could open up gifts. I am anxiously awaiting a tracking number, as are all of you! Samsung has our phones ready to go, we know they have them ready to go, just ship them out! Let's stop playing this waiting game. LOL

I agree my husband isn't like me and I spent all day yesterday on my off day watching videos and coming here and reading reviews . I can't wait and I know it's just a phone and my S23U is awesome but I am still so excited.

Also my Mum's logistics and customer service is way better than Samsung's.

My husband somehow when ordering I don't know what he did but it turned out somehow he chose Best Buy for his buds I don't know how that happened but his buds came yesterday UPS from Best Buy. I was wondering why he got charged $6.99 shipping and I didn't mine are coming with my phone. I don't know what he clicked on but I hope his phone comes from Samsung it's weird.

ABSOLUTELY NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE EVERYWHERE....but I have to say that I would bet dimes-to-dollars that there are several men around here who wish their wives were more like you! Unless I'm missing something women are a rare breed when it comes to tech of any kind much less wanting the bleeding edge phone even before the hubby does!

Lol, I am the same! My husband could use the same phone (or computer, or tablet) for ten years and it would never occur to him to upgrade or replace a piece of tech unless it was unusable or broken. I love new tech toys, and he just rolls his eyes when I explain why I want whatever new shiny.

On the other hand, I am pretty low maintenance with jewelry, clothes, and shoes so there's that.

My husband was on his S9 for so long, I ended up giving him my s22U last year when I didn't feel like trading it in. He doesn't care about his phone but did miss having the pen when he used to have his Note 5.

I'm excited about the S24U and using the camera.

I paid using Paypal which debits from my checking account. I was charged on the 17th through Paypal and then my bank on the 19th. Nothing pending, the transaction is 100% completed and I have paid for the phone in full lol. My order on the Samsung site is currently showing "In process" with the cancel button still there and a estimated delivery date Jan 31, 2024.

IDK...I feel like the ball was kinda dropped on the camera design this year. I think a optical 5x and 10x should be in place of the 3x and 5x and would of made more sense than a 3x and 5x but IDK. Really, I need to stop upgrading every year and at least skip a year.

@Emig5m: i totally get what you mean by preferring a 5x+10x, however, their logic is that with 200 megapixels, it is SO overwhelmingly huge a number of pixels that one may zoom in without pixel penalty. makes sense, right?

I find more megapixels in a small sensor doesn't help that much. Smaller pixels don't gather as much light so it's a compromise.
