When are you going to bring back individual text notifications for conts?

I text a lot more than I talk on the phone. This makes me despise my phone, individual notifications I'd important to me. Ya down load third party and get a bunch if adds. Many people are upset, why not bring it back.

You'd need to ask Google (not on the search page, on the support page) or your device manufacturer. Android Central is not affiliated with any entity that can control an aspect of devices such as that.

Samsung released an update for its messaging app that adds the ability to assign a tone for a messaging thread.
