When can we expect the upgrade for Samsung Galaxy S II Lte for canada?

I was tring to find out when exactly we can expect the move to jelly bean version here in Canada. I could not find any specific date for this......

I believe it's not OTA, if you have Kies installed, the update should show up to install.

I'm guessing in January or February we will see a Jelly Bean update for the Rogers Skyrocket. I'm running Jelly Bean right now on my Skyrocket with the Cyanogen Mod 10.0.0 It works really well. Only thing it doesn't have are the Samsung specific apps and Samsungs Driving mode app.

Rogers has the expected dates listed on their website in a forum. The S2 is expected to get the upgrade in late December.
The same list said the S3 was getting the update in early December and 4.1.1 rolled out a couple days ago.
