When could we expect a price drop?

I know it's very early, but my contract on my small local carrier ends at the end of November. At which time, I'll be switching to Verizon and getting the note 3. Do you think it will still be carrying the $300 price tag by the end of November?

I would almost guarantee it will still be $300 by the end of November unless you get it on some kind of black Friday deal. Just look at the prices for the note 2 right now, a year later. The note 3 is top of the line hardware. If that's what you're looking for you should expect to pay for it

The Note 2 just dropped to $150 this week. I wouldn't expect the Note 3 to fall much until the Galaxy S5 is on the horizon.

Wait for a sale, I bought the Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note II for $37 back in February.

I have seen you say that a few times but how did you accomplish that.

It was $98.88 at Sam's Club, I price matched at best buy, who was giving a $50 gc on top of that, which could be applied to the phone purchase. The csr messed up in the pm, so I got back more, but even counting the $48.88 price that one could have gotten, it isn't that much higher.
