When I move music files why don't they show up in the folder I moved them to?

I'm starting to figure things out on my tablet, although I'm kind of learning slowly. Anyway ... I downloaded Astro File Manager, so I've been trying to organize music... The problem I'm having is that when I move my music files to certain folders, afterwards it doesn't show up and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Can someone please tell me? Or any pointers? It would be much appreciated...

its called indexing. Android need indexing to find files but moving files via file manager wont index those files.
indexing happens when you reboot your android device.
