I am trying to unroot my phone. But when I put my phone in download mode and then connect it to the computer with the original samsung cable, it doesn't connect. But the odin COM box turns blue. Then I add the PDA and it buffers. When it stop loading I click on start and the it just says FAIL! in big letters and the box at the top left becomes red.

I can't find why this is happening, since it connects properly when not in download mode. Is there another way I can do it? Or am I doing something wrong?

I have rooted it when my phone was at 4.2.2 and I am trying to add the 4.3 firmware. I know this is a bit far fetched but could it maybe be a problem?

Thank you.

Apparently is wasn't as far fetched as I though because that was the problem I had to use 4.2.2 firmware instead of 4.3.
