When Returning Your Note 7 Did You Use Samsung Cloud To Backup Your Device then Encrypt it and Wipe it?

I did all 3.

I just wiped it

No, I used SMS Backup & Restore to get messages/call logs, then wiped the old note. rebuilt the new one clean.
