Nexus 7: Sideloading KitKat - strange error because of expecting fingerprint

Hi,
I am trying to sideload KitKat onto my Nexus 7 2013 WiFi. First I tried that, I got an error that /system/Hangouts.apk has unexpected contents, so I restored the stock image. And now when I want to sideload KitKat, I get an error "Package expects build fingerprint of google/razor/flo:4.3/JSS15R/804956:user/release-keys but this device has google/razor/flo:4.3/JSS15R/804956:user/release-keys"
What the hell? He gets exactly what he asks for and he throws an error? Any idea what could go wrong?

What method are you using to load the firmware - ADB?
You might try using NRT http://www.wugfresh.com/nrt/
