When the HTC Hima come's out, will it be immediately available on ATT? With contract, how expensive would it be?

It hasn't even been confirmed far as I know. Still a rumor, my guess would be march 2015 like the M7 & M8 where released.

I think HTC managed to release the HTC One M8 on all 4 carriers in the US? I think they should be able to do the same with the Hima.

And I suspect it'll be priced at $199 on contract, like other high-end smartphones?

Should be, and most likely $599-$650 full price, the usual $199 on contract.

599-650 that would be awfull cheap! Hope they would price it around this price. A lot cheaper than my $883 note 4..

Well depending on where you live. Note 4 in the states is like $699
