I have noticed this since 720p displays on phones. Currently I use a Note 4 also. On any small high definition display, high resolution graphics appear slightly 3d. Different colors appear at slightly higher or lower elevations. It's actually kinda cool. This effect only happens when I wear my glasses. These are not polarized glasses. I'm thinking it must have something to do with the curvature of lenses, and how they are bending light from the pixels. I have bad vision, and my lenses have a pretty strong curve. If I hold my glasses a few inches from my eyes and look at the screen, the effect is greater. We need an engineer or physicist to explain this lol. I'm very curious what causes this!
