Welcome to Android Central! It's supposed to come to Pixel devices with the November security update (hopefully within the next few days). This doesn't mean it will come to other non-Pixel devices as quickly, though -- that's dependent on the other manufacturers, as well as carriers (if the devices are carrier-specific).
