After the update, the Flashlight app only has one brightness setting rather than 3. Sprint connections optimizer is also removed. HTC backup is only google backup to google drive. Seems very snappy and fast. I did not do a factory reset. Will check on battery life, etc throughout the day.

And Google Fit still doesn't track activity with the M8. Come on HTC.

Flashlight app doesn't work for me, crashes every time. Also the notification bar seems to have shrunk a little. It's hard to read my battery percentage now.

I got it this morning and am still playing with it. The notifications are smaller, no more spinning Sprint Spark so I can't tell if the network is active, wifi icon isn't pleasant to the eye and after reading so much about Doze I can't wait to see how it affects my battery, I will give it a couple of days before I judge .
Almost forgot my flashlight works fine, but just on and off, no brightness adjustment anymore which I find fine.

I love the DO NOT DISTURB, however I'm confused. If I set a schedule do I leave it on Priority & it automatically activates or can I leave it off & it activates at the set time?

I take it back, flashlight works when I use it from the notification bar pull down. It only crashes when I open it from my apps. I agree the Wi-Fi and signal icons in the notifications are ugly.

I don't see it in my notification pull down. Are you on Sprint like me?

You have to edit your quick settings and pull it up so it's visible

It's always hard to understand why they change things for seemingly no reason. Making the notification bar/icons smaller? But why, for what benefit or purpose? Same thing with changing the color of the flashlight app and taking away the 3 brightness levels. Why TAKE AWAY options? I can't say I get it.
