What they don't tell you is that they are using the HTCian calendar, where each month has a different number of days.

Since the Gingerbread update has not really officially come out, we're apparently somewhere around the 200th of June, give or take a few weeks.

I have the OTA gingerbread that was released for like a day. I haven't rooted yet. Mostly because I am just lazy about it. But for all those thunderbolt users that are crying over gingerbread. The ONLY big differences were the notification settings tab and your favorites in the app drawer. Other than that. Doesn't run faster. Doesn't extend battery life. I barely even notice a difference between the two. So if you want to drool over the awesome capabilities of your thunderbolt (or android in general) just root.

I myself have noticed a huge speed boost with GB. That could be simply because I have so many apps and it was getting bogged down. My Thunderbolt was literally like a brand new phone once it was updated.

I just received my replacement Thunderbolt (power button issue) from Verizon and of coarse no GB. Let's hope they are close to re-releasing it.

rooting solved my problem got my tb the other day liked it but then rooted and flashed bamf forever 1.07 and i freaking love this thing except the battery aint so hot but im gett the trident electra case which comes with the extended battery
