Where are download ed PDFs stored?

I downloaded a PDF. After download I could see it in my notifications. But when I went to find it in downloads, I could not find it where are PDFs located after download?

Where did you download it from? Ex. Email, browser, etc?? If it's not in your download folder in your file explorer, then try downloading it again and see if there is a window pops up asking you for a path folder to save the PDF file to and then you will know where it went after download.

I just downloaded from a link on a site. It never asked me for a location to store it. Where is "file explorer" on the Nexus 7?


If I hook it to my PC then I can see the file under the Downloads folder but when I check the Downloads app on the Nexus, it says "No Downloads".

There is also a KXLFMAAC.pls in there that shows only on the PC..

Also there should be a folder icon in your app drawer that allows you to view the files on your internal storage. There should be a folder labeled "downloads" there and downloads should go there. Make sure you have an app installed that allows you to view pdf files too

No problemo mi amigo. There should be a file explorer in your app drawer. You have to be able to view the files in your internal storage. It should look like a folder

Looking on the page that says Apps and there is a tab for Widgets too. There is nothing on the Apps page that looks like a folder.
