Where are samsung notes saved in Note 8?

Can't find the files or folder in internal storage where the notes are kept.

They're in Samsung Notes on the Spen air command for one. If you mean in the app drawer, I don't think they're there.

I couldn't find the Samsung notes, but the s-note are saved in snote-data
