Where can I find a replacement back with out a SIM card door for my Gear S.

Like many Gear S watches, the back of mine has cracked where it connects to the charger. I have found many sites that sell replacement backs for the Gear S with the SIM card door in the back, however my Gear S does not have the SIM door because it has a built in electronic SIM card. I can't seem to find anywhere that sells a replacement back cover for this version of the Gear S.
