Where can I get my voice heard regarding Android update issues?

I've googled and can't find the right place (forum, or whatever) to let Google know that they have screwed up voice-to-text with 4.4.2. If this is the last update we will ever get I'm definitely not a happy camper as one feature I use a lot is voice-to-text and now it's unwieldy to use because it doesn't mute music apps during speaking. Where can I let "them" know the update has this flaw?
