Where can I send my galaxy pro 900 tablet to get battery connectors soldered in Memphis Tennessee

Uptech locally diagnosed galaxy pro tablet with cracked battery connectors. Said they don't do that repair. I've checked everywhere locally to get this fixed. Can't find any computer company here in Memphis TN that will solder the connectors. Anyone know where I can send it to get fixed?

Try a Best Buy store (in the cellphone section). They have a Samsung employee working in every store. They'll tell you to send it to Samsung, but if you're nice, you may be able to get the name of a local company that can do the work. (And Samsung may not sell the connectors, so you have to send it to them.)

But the battery, including the connector, is available on eBay and Amazon for $20 or less, so any competent repair shop should be able to order one and replace it. (Write Uptech off as being not all that competent.)

Thanks for the advice, Rukbat. I was going there tomorrow. I had seen Beut's explanation about this issue with Samsung Tablets cracked battery connectors from 2014. I hope I don't have to buy a new battery after its fixed. I've seen the range of prices on ebay and it seems "iffy" to me for one to be $50 new and another to be $19.95. Wish I knew how to solder! Thanks again.
