Where do apps save to on the SD Card?

I saved several apps to my SD card thinking I would still have them after a reset, but they aren't appearing in the app drawer. Where do they get saved to on the SD card?

Are you rooted on BAMF GB Preview? I'm having that weird issue too. Thinking about re-wiping and re-flashing.
