Most of the time* downloads go to the Download folder. PDF files? If they're download, in the Download folder. If you saved them from some app, wherever you saved them. The Download folder should be available in the Download s app in your app drawer.

(*Some browsers let you change the download folder. If you've done that, the downloaded files would be in the folder you told the browser to download to.)
