where do I need to go to view pdf files i download a second time

I downloaded a manual just a few pages of PDF viewed it off of the screen it shows up on and then I want to retrieve it later I don't know where it is I have a galaxy note 2

Welcome to Android Central! How did you download it the first time? Directly from the browser? Open your Downloads app and look for it there. If it isn't there, try using MyFiles and look in the Download directory.
