Where do we write to get bug fixes?

is there an email or number we can all call to voice our experiences with bugs and firmware fixes? The rotating from vert. to horiz. is slow and sometimes sticks. Volume needs to be addressed etc.

This is a verizon forum why thell would they need a sprint email for a verizon phone(galaxy nexus)? confused:
