Where does S Health store my walking history logs?

Can't find my walking history logs.

S Health updated today. Now I can't find my previous walking history. How do I get to it?

As a noob to S Health, I expected to find it under "Program history" in the S Health main menu, but all I see there is "No history". :-(
What gives?

I found it! To see what I did on previous days, I have to go into the corresponding applet (e.g. "Steps") and look at the "TREND" tab.
Under "Manage items" there is a "PROGRAMS" tab, which lists 4 programs designed for runners. I suspect that these are the "programs" which "Program history" refers to. I haven't enabled any of them, because I shouldn't be running anyway, so I presume this is why I have "No history".

I found mine in the "Steps" panel, on the "TREND" tab.
