I guess you can do that too, coz I was able to retain my 5$ 200 msg plan which is not offered on att now.

Thankfully ATT will grandfather the perks of your plan (i.e. unlimited data) as long as you have the line. You just need to put the painful call into them, and then you just need to document when you placed the request incase when you get your bill and its wrong you can call and reference that call.

Best Buy did the price match for Amazon Wireless and correctly transferred by Unlimited Data and Unlimited Texting. They also did a data transfer of my contacts and pics off my Blackberry.
