Where is clipboard

Where is the clip board where do I find it in my phone it is a galaxy-s-4 I have looked everywhere

The clipboard is not stored as a file it is stored in memory! If you restart your phone it will clear the clipboard. If you save something new to the clipboard it will erase the old memory and save the new in its place. Do a long press on any text editor or note page and you get two pointers. You can save everything between the pointers to the clipboard and drag the pointers to show what will be copied!
Long press again and you get a pointer and the word "paste". Tap the word paste and the clipboard contents will be copied there! I hope this answers your question!

Samsung phones long press in a text field to bring up clipboard. You can use your messaging app, phone dialer or this page you are on.

Samsung saves all your clipboard items even after reboot.
