Where is my Messaging App in the Settings?

Setting Can't See Messaging App

I was getting repeated, irritating "Can't Send Message" notifications, so I wanted to clear the Messaging App cache. When I go to Settings > App, I can't see the Messaging App. The app icon does exist in the window accessed by the checkerboard, and it does work on my phone, but I can't get to it through the Settings window.

Anyone else have the same problem?

Check in the disabled apps tab. If it's there enable it back.
