Where is Notification Importance on S10?

On my S8+, I was able to set Notification "Importance" in the notification settings so I could prioritize the phone calls, voicemail and text notifications to show first before any other notifications. I could select the option "Set as priority" for specific notification options within an app. Now it just asks for "Notification Style", and there is no priority option.

I can't find that setting anywhere on the S10! It's killing me! Samsung says the option seems to be removed in Pie? Or, hopefully they moved it somewhere I just can't find it now!! Anyone know where it went?
