where is "storage and SD card" located on S5 android marshmallow

I can find storage under settings but not "storage and sd card"

I'm pretty sure it's a permission issue.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that when you go to Settings>Storage​, it doesn't show the SD card that's inserted? Does it give you an option to Mount SD? If not, then it's possible the card is dead, or the SD reader is having issues.
