Where is the Developer Tab Ribbon on my Galaxy S8 Ultra?

Are you talking about enabling developer settings? If so go to settings and scroll down to about phone. Then find build number and tap it 7 times. This will display a new settings option under system settings.

Is there a little arrow that looks like this ^ ?

And I have enabled the developer settings and still no Ribbon or Developer Tab.

I do not have that arrow, I know that is supposed to bring stuff up, that might be the problem.

Does it also not display when you rotate your phone to landscape mode? You can try clearing the cache on the app and restarting your phone.

I have a Samsung Tab S8 Ultra, it's a huge tablet with a keyboard. I should repost this question again as I should of been clearer

I've used Word on both my phone and on a tablet. I have a full Microsoft 365 subscription and have used the whole Office suite for years on a PC.

I've never heard of, much less ever seen, a "Developer Tab" in the ribbon.

What is it supposed to provide you while editing a Word document?

What do these options you describe do? What do you use them for and what do they do? That might help

I tried on my Tab S7+, but it seems you can't customize the ribbon on the mobile versions.

The best explanation I could find was that mobile is the same as the web version, which has less features than desktop.

There is clearly no File>Options menu.

I did try it in DeX mode with same result. So it seems you will need a PC or Mac if you need the features in the developer tab.

That's pretty lame...

Yes, I had to hunt down what you were talking about and it does seem to only be a feature in the full PC/Mac versions of the program.
