Where is the draw function?

In my gallery editor I used to be able to pull up this menu and draw with various sized lines. I can choose the line size still, but there are no colors to choose and I cannot draw at all. I can use the blur function. I've pushed the option several times to try and get the color bar under it to show up, but it won't. Any ideas?

*edit: I just realized what I thought was the draw function is the eraser. Is the draw function somewhere else now?

Should be the pencil icon right next to the Eraser (to the left). From the icon, however, it seems you selected the pixelation tool. Just tap that and you should be able to select pencil type, color, and thickness.
