Where is the gallery draw function?

Lollipop 5.1, LG G4
I distinctly remember a drawing function where you draw on photos in gallery and circle or highlight items, or cross out sensitive information. Now, when you press the `pencil` icon, the only options are ones for color, contrast, and cropping. Where did the draw function go?

They could have removed it from the latest update. You might have to go to the app store and see if you can download the option.
