Where is the Nexus 7 OTA?

Haven't got it and don't want it. It was pulled for a reason I imagine

I thought it was just me. I have the 32 GB 2013 Nexus 7 WiFi only. My girl's Nexus 5 got the OTA two weeks ago, but absolutely nothing for me.
