Where is the option to enable and disable videos on my Core Prime?

I cannot find the

Most of the videos show the widget option to be enabled and disabled, but I tried every thing and still couldn't find this option... Why is that? My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime 4G LTE

Welcome to Android Central.

If you're asking how to reach the widget locker, long-press a blank area of home screen. Widgets can be picked up by long-pressing them, then sliding them to the home page position that you want.

No no I mean, there is this app called dashclock and to use that for my lockscreen I have to enable widgets. I checked most of the videos, but there is no such option in my phone. is it because of samsung or is it not there in kitkat 4.4.4. p.s. I'm new to android phones...

It is in stock 4.4.4. Though that is the last version with it. In the s5 samsung revived it so that is probably the cause
