Where is they internal memory located (photo) ?

I have a broken tablet. My teacher wants me to locate the internal memory (it was 16GB). Is it located on this system board or somewhere else?

Which device? What do you hope to accomplish by locating the memory chip? Is this some sort of school project? You won't be able to plug it in anywhere to access it, unless you have some pretty specialized equipment.
