Where is Users in Settings? (Android 4.2.2)

Updated to the latest Samsung firmware for my P5110 (Tab 2 10.1), which is Android 4.2.2.

Where is the Users menu in Settings?

Did Samsung b0rk that feature?

Yep, not there.

As far as I'm aware the users feature didn't come to the galaxy tab 2 10.1 in the 4.2.2 update.

I am pissed they removed such a large feature from the release.
