Where to install HTC Drivers

I've downloaded 64 Bit Evo 3D Drivers at
at Download HTC Evo 3D 64-bit Windows Drivers | Android Drivers!

in order to complete the permatemp root. After I download these drivers, where do I put them? I have a folder with driver files but I'm not sure what folder I'm supposed to move them to. Thanks.

I downloaded the HTC SYNC program and it installed all the drivers needed. Easiest way yet.
