Where To Set Hover Scroll On/Off?

Earlier I found a Note 2 setting that controlled whether or not scrolling could be enabled by hovering over the right hand margin of an input entry screen. I forgot where it was - lot'so neat Note 2 settings. Would you let me know where I can find it again? Thanks.

Go into the settings list > s pen> air view > list scrolling.

Be sure to tap the word "air view" and not the on/off toggle.

Wow I love you. I didn't even know about this sub-menu. Holy crap +1 to you sir.

This will keep apps from frustratingly scrolling when I hover over the right margin. Thanks.

Quite a few of the toggle controls also have sub menus like that. I just find stuff like that by pressing everything. Some of the settings are difficult to find at first.
