Where's the picture thread?

It would be worth the drive, lemme tell yah! We'd send you some if we could! SO GOOD! And their milkshakes...
Making me hungry. Apparently we have one in Stafford 1 hour 23 mins from me. Never heard of it before. Didn't know we had one in England. Well 3 near me

I didn't know there was one in the UK too! It's SO GOOD! I posted what some of the food looked like in the "Show Us Your Foods" section!

This GROSS BUG my husband and I discovered last night. Our house backs out into a ravine so we get critters every now and then. It's a stink bug; we've gotten them before and they're harmless... But MAN, are they creepy!

I was scared Gracie would be afraid of it, so Nathan picked her up and put her next to it... And she put her face down next to it, like she wanted to eat it! It stayed SUPER STILL when she did that LOOOL. But she was unaffected. Hopefully that means she'll annihilate any more that we see.

My husband picked up my phone and zoomed in on it bigtime. It was a pretty good shot.

And they will squirt stink on ya if you mess with it. Lessoned learn by example.

Gross! Thank you for the warning! It freaked when Gracie lunged at it and I don't think it sprayed!
Yeah, DO NOT touch them with your hands. The first time I saw one, I didn't know what it was, (though for some reason I wondered if it was..) so I grabbed it with my fingers and threw it outside. BIG mistake! It doesn't wash off. They were awful here last summer. I've seen a few this year, but nothing like last year.

Oh, no! Gross! Thank you so much for letting me know! We emailed the photos to our province's environmental society or initiative, and they told us the same thing. Though they can't bite or hurt my cat, I don't want her to get sprayed - especially since she's my little huntress and will, shall we say, dispose of bugs for me...

We may have moved into a house, but our lifestyle and décor are still very, well, kid-like. This is our guest room (I know the linens don't match yet - it's "eclectic" for those who ask!).PXL_20211013_175759594.jpg

Gracie missed her bed from the apartment... So cute!

First one is regular camera, the second is Night Sight. Both had minimal lighting conditions.PXL_20211014_115843437.jpgPXL_20211014_115843437.jpg
