Where's visual VM

Is it just me or is there no visual VM on the S23 ultra? I've got a factory unlocked version and I'm using it with T-Mobile. It's wanting me to long press 1 to check VM's. Tried looking up one in the app store but nothing. Any ideas?

I'm also unlocked on the TMO network. The only VVM I've been able to use is the one via the TMO VVM app. The Samsung VVM isn't even an option for me. Get it from the Play Store and try it out...it's not awesome, but it's more than functional for me.

When you inserted your TMobile chip (or set up the eSIM) it, in theory, should have downloaded a bunch of TMobile stuff. But if it didin't, the T-Mobile Visual Voicemail app is available through the Play Store. (The built in one won't connect, for VM through TMobile, it has to be their app)

Unlock firmware with TMobile sim not available but I have MetroPCS visual voicemail on my TMobile

On my locked Tmobile version, if using the physical SIM, I can use the Samsung Native Visual Voicemail app. Not sure why other cases don't work. (i.e. locked on ESIM, or unlocked versions).....

I read that somewhere else after starting this thread. That's pretty odd.

I'm unlocked but on Verizon and I don't really have visual voice-mail either... I also don't get notifications that I have a voicemail

I'm on tmo. Purchased via Samsung. Network unlocked thru T-Mobile. I have both Samsung VVM and T-Mobile VVM for some reason. Get notifications from both and dual recordings!

Are you using an esim or a real sim card?

I just want clarity in this post that the carrier network unlock is different from Samsung unlocked firmware.

Carrier network unlock is model number with "U" at the end and the Samsung unlocked is with model number "U1"


So" U1" comes with different visual voicemail but not TMobile, I can confirm Att sim on this model shows up but not TMobile.

I had the same problem, deleted the VPN from my phone and it works like a charm now!
