Which 6 Pro case are you getting?

Also just got my Bellroy leather. POS. The bottom 2 inches of the screen sit above the case. Can't even place the phone face-down on a table. Unusable. Of all the cases I have ever bought, this is by far the worst.

Could it be that the phone just isn't completely in the case? I was just looking at the review, and there definitely should be a lip at the bottom of the case that protects the front glass. Look at 4:50 in this video:

The reviewer mentions that it's a pretty tight fit, so it's understandable how the phone can seem like it's in all the way but it's actually not.

I was considering the Bellroy, because I liked the one for my 3 XL. I wonder about how grippy or slippery the leather is, though -- new leather can be pretty slippery, in my experience.

The phone is all the way in the case.

I just got a shipping notice for my Bellroy case in black leather for the Pixel 6 Pro. My Pixel 6 Pro is supposed to be delivered by Thursday the 18th. I will post pictures of the phone in the case and what I think of it.

Oh my goodness, I LOVE this case! Favorite case of any phone I've ever had on a smartphone. It's the Incipio Grip and the engineers knocked it out of the park. Even better with the eGrips tape on the back and the loop I put in it.

I like how the sides even come up ever-so-slightly above the height of the flat part of the screen, so it's above the curve quite a bit. The grip on the sides is absolutely superb and couldn't be better.

Nice looking good there. I like what you did

His is the Bellroy case for the Pixel 6, which is a different structural design than they used for the Pixel 6 Pro. The case for the 6 fully encased the top and sides of the phone, but only the corners at the bottom, leaving the middle- bottom edge of the phone exposed (at least, as best I could tell from a picture I'd seen elsewhere), whereas the case for the 6 Pro provides coverage all the way around.

I should have my Bellroy for the 6 Pro in a couple of days and will be able to provide feedback for it then; if it has no lip, it'll be going back (which is a move I'd highly recommend considering for anyone with the regular 6's case if it isn't providing that protection as well).

Ah, thanks for the clarification. I wonder why they'd make that different?

I like my smokey Ghostek... That one is part of my rotation as well lol. Though you know with the back I'm always wiping down with my OCD on fingerprints

I have been super satisfied with my Ghostek Covert case and have been eyeing the card holder version as well. I ordered a Spigen Tough Armor because I want the kickstand. Let me know your thoughts as your time progresses with the card holder case

Case swapping day.
Changed to Triple black icon Grip case. It feels heftier than Google case but hold is nice and firm.

Will apply ESR metal rings to Google case for magsafe accessories.

Definitely will do so far satisfied with the card case ..I've been using it without the card holder ...

And now both cases are done after my modifications. This went way better and easier than expected! I used the hot knife tip on my butane soldering iron and this took all of 5 minutes to do both sides. MUCH grippier now. This will be my slim case since the Incipio Grip is slightly bulkier.

Spigen Pixel 6 Pro Case Ultra Hybrid Clear- same as I have on my P6 - very happy with Spigen

ETA - @YankInDaSouth - I hold my phone with the little-finger-prop too - no issues for my little finger.
@srvctec - excellent idea to add grip to case.

After a few days of using this I'm not liking it simply for the fact the edge on the bottom of the case is pretty sharp.

The way I hold my phone, I use my pinky finger along the bottom as sort of a prop ... after a while this case starts to get a bit painful on my pinky finger.
Might be a good idea to get a Sleekstrip or similar holder ...you can just ease the pinky

I agree 100% from my experience with the Bellroy on my 3XL. The look, the smell, the feel and grip. Quality leather, too. Aged beautifully, looking better month by month. Definitely looking forward to it from my 6 Pro, and have a clear Spigen till it arrives (now just need the phone to get here, which is :D missing in the FedEx Triangle).

I have one of those triangles at my local golf course , I'll check for your fedex package when I look for my drive. :D

So I've had the google case on my pro since I got the phone. Took it off maybe twice. I swear there are slight marks from the case around the edge. Also any type of solid grit that got under the edge left faint marks.

Received the Spigen Tough Armor case. I prefer the feel and look of the Ghostek Covert case I have. I wanted a kickstand case and the Spigen appeared to be the best choice. It adds some heft and changes the ergonomics of the phone, it isn't a really enjoyable case to carry. That is only an initial impression. I will use it as an everyday carry for a couple of days and report back if my sentiments change.

I also have the Google case, but have never used it.
