Which android app is displaying full page popup ads?

This is really frustrating and probably illegal! These crazy popups started just recently (in February of 2017), I have been searching the Internet for solutions and have tried removing many applications that could be doing this, unfortunately no luck!

I do not believe that this is a malware, it is most likely caused by either Google, Samsung, Yahoo or someone like that who believes that they are above the law and can get away with it.

Few hours ago I have turned off the Google Play Store and will report back the result.

could you please give us a screenshot of the app manager page showing all the packages installed on the device? it must be one of them and just not showing up on the drawer.

Welcome to Android Central! It's not Google or Samsung. It's almost certainly some adware that you inadvertently installed alongside some other app. You may need to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away, or otherwise backup your data and do a factory reset, then reinstall apps one by one.

Did turning Google Play Store off help? My guess is it didn't, but you said you'll report what happens...
