I have experienced the same problems with my bluetooth headsets, Parrot CK3100, Jabra Supreme and Jabra PRO 9470.
Regarding, Jabra PRO 9470, Jabra was so very kind to let be exchange the headset (not base) with the 9460. Afterwards, this headset worked superbly!. According to Jabra, the 9460 uses mechanical noise cancellation whereas the 9470 uses an electronic noise cancellation and this should in some way conflict with the HTC One.
Thus, the Jabra PRO 9460 can be recommended.
I'm still having the problems with my other headsets (at home and in my car). I have had these problem for months and I'm very disappointed that HTC have not solved them a long time ago. Have spend hours talking to the Jabra and HTC support about this issue! This has been a major issue right from the start and reported by numerous HTC One users.
