Which Bootstrap to use??

I have a Droid X I rooted after installing OTA Gingerbread. When I go to run Droid X Recovery Bootstrap I get a blank screen freeze. Some say I need to run the D2 recovery bootstrap?? Any thoughts? Thanks.

I've only needed to use the Droid 2 Bootstrap for what I've needed to do. I believe the Droid X bootstrap may have been from the Eclair days and with Froyo and higher the X and the 2 have enough commonality that it didn't make sense to have and maintain two separate bootstraps.

Droid X bootstrap no longer works with the Gingerbread update, that's why you have to use the D2 bootstrapper.
