Which color?

I'm thinking of getting the Google Pixel for my next phone. Which colour would you suggest that I get, Silver or Black? Specifics about each one as well. Your experience, Looks in real person etc.

I am not a fan of white faced phones so I went with the black. I think it looks way better in person too. I thought I would hate that glass on the back, but it actually doesn't bother me at all. I felt the same about the back of the 6P and it grew on me too.

The black isn't a true black. It's more of a charcoal black, even the front. This doesnt bother me and may not bother you, but it is good to know nonetheless.

Ive seen all three colors in person (the blue pixel is on display at my local verizon store) and of the three I'm definitely more partial to the black.

I went with Silver. I like a white front because constant fingerprints bother me. I know they are there, but I can't see them as well. The black is really sharp though. And honestly, the blue in person isn't hideous either--kinda wish I had gone blue.

My XL is silver. Blends well with the frame. However, depending on what style/color of cover you select, the phone's color may be a mute point. I use a soft clear cover to better highlight the phone's color.

Black phones are too boring, had black for years, now I go white/silver/blue. If you get the silver, there are blue cases that basically turn the silver into a blue pixel! So I'll get the silver.

I thought I'd do black until I saw it in person. The front isn't black. It's a really dark grey and it doesn't blend into the screen. It doesn't look right to me. I got white. Looks much more "polished" to me.

Really wish companies would offer more colors. I am really thinking of wrapping the wife's this time and putting it into a clear case (Spigen) in an attempt to put some character into it.

Does marketing reports really say black/silver are the most popular colors...I gotta think no...

I am a light phone user - 32 GB is plenty. While I understand the desire to get a phone of your color choice, after you put a case on it, how much of the color shows? Just saying.

My 10 is in a clear case. So everything shows.

And I was lucky enough to be on Verizon which has how many colors HTC offers...ONE! THey have red, gold (bleh), silver, black. Would KILL for a red one...for obvious reasons.

Somehow I can't afford to pay off all my credit cards but I can buy $700 phones left and right... Will never make sense!!
