which good lock app version do we use again? Looking for the one that let's you change the notification background colors, etc.

Download Goodlock 2019. Then select and install Quickstar.

Just be aware of a bug on the notification background colors. If you rotate your device, it will reset the background color for the notifications. And after two updates (4/1 and 4/23), they still have not addressed this issue. You have to reapply in Quickstar each time (or refrain from rotating your device or watching video in fullscreen). Annoying, I wish they would fix it already.
